Thank you for those who have recently joined our messaging service, I hope you will find it beneficial and a useful tool, to help us alert you on issues concerning your community, and also an easy way for you to message us, with any questions or issues you may be experiencing.

Quick up date regarding the Cold Callers, which have been sweeping their way around Sketty, Dunvant and Killay areas over the last few days. Most of you have turned these males away and have refused to purchase items. We have caught up with a few of them, two have been arrested, as failed to provide a pedlars licence. We have not been informed that the males are aggressive in any way, however they can be intimidating and use pressure sales at your door. Again, please do not open your door to anyone you do not know, hand over any money, or engage in conversation. keep a close eye on elderly neighbours who are vulnerable. We are being vigilant in the area, keeping a close eye on residential areas. The last report was sightings in Mumbles, but that's not to say the group is still spread out locally. Thank you for reporting your concerns, this really helps us considerably.
